Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail for verifying orders, maintaining documentation, and assisting with inventory counts.
• Reliable time management skills to meet delivery schedules and support daily warehouse workflows.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with customers, drivers, and branch staff.
• Comfort working in a physically active role, including standing, walking, and lifting products throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in distribution, logistics, or the green industry is beneficial.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Driver and Warehouse role based in Sterling Heights, MI. The person in this role will safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers and branch locations, verify orders, load and unload materials, and ensure accurate documentation of deliveries.
