Lendbuzz is seeking a Dealership Account Manager in San Francisco, CA to expand our dealership network and drive auto finance growth. This field-based role requires daily on-site visits and a six-day work week to own the territory and deliver measurable results.

You will build trusted partnerships, analyze markets, promote the brand, and manage relationships with dealers across the region. A valid driver's license and CRM familiarity help you succeed, with bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management or sales, ideally within automotive lending or finance.
• At least 2 years in your most recent role.
• Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience valued.
• Willingness to maintain a six-day work week with daily in-person visits to dealerships.
• Strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results.
• Analytical mindset to spot market opportunities and pivot strategies for success.
• Proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaborative yet independent work style.
