Job summary

Raley's is seeking an in-person DC Systems Administrator in Sacramento, CA to maintain and optimize warehouse systems and support DC operations. The role interfaces with Distribution, IT, vendors, and business partners to drive improvements.

The candidate will manage Manhattan WMS, SAP, MAO, and reporting tools, develop operational reporting, and ensure data integrity while coordinating upgrades and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting distribution, warehouse management, labor, payroll, or business systems.
• Experience with Manhattan, SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar applications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Manhattan WMS, LMS, MAO, SAP, and related distribution systems.
• Establish system priorities to support daily distribution center operations.
• Troubleshoot warehouse system, hardware, and software issues.
• Serve as liaison between Distribution, IT, and system vendors.
• Submit and coordinate service requests for escalated system issues.
• Analyze warehouse operations and recommend process improvements.
• Improve labor efficiency, inventory control, and operational performance.
• Gather business requirements and develop system-based solutions.
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Deliver training on warehouse systems and processes.
• Oversee store order management, routing, billing, and reporting.
