JCCGCI’s Older Adult Transportation Program is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to accurately review, enter, and maintain confidential client and program data across multiple

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• In-office work required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and grammar in data entry and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with program staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review client intake paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and follow up with clients or staff.
• Enter data into the agency’s electronic filing system, internal database, and funder database accurately.
• Ensure data entered follows standard grammar and formatting rules.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client records and comply with data and privacy standards.
• Maintain up-to-date client data with partner organizations.
• Assist with preparation and mailing of applications or welcome letters and other mailings.
