Reboot Monkey seeks a Data Center Technician to support on-site data center operations for a full-time role in Forrest City, USA. You will install and maintain server and network gear, manage cabling, and collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Experience with rack and stack and structured cabling.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Certifications in CDCP/CDCS/CDCE preferred; vendor/network certs preferred.
• Experience with DCIM platforms and ITIL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
