Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician in Little Rock, AR for a full-time on-site role. You will support critical infrastructure in a world-class data center environment and collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure uptime.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in data center operations
- Expert cabling skills: Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments
- Experience with DCIM platforms preferred
- Understanding of power distribution and UPS systems
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
- Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
- Execute hardware deployments and decommissions
- Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security)
- Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
- Participate in capacity planning and upgrades
- 3+ years data center operations experience
- Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber)
- Vendor and network certification experience preferred
