You will install, decommission, and migrate hardware, perform structured cabling, rack servers, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Candidates should have 2+ years in data centers or IT infrastructure, strong cabling skills, and ability to lift 50+ lbs; on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber).
• Experience with server hardware (Dell/HP/Supermicro).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on-site.
• Professional communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
