Reboot Monkey seeks an experienced Data Center Technician for on-site duties in Upper Arlington, Ohio. You will support mission-critical infrastructure across data center facilities, handling hardware installations, migrations, and cabling.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data center environments, solid server hardware knowledge, and strong communication skills. This on-site role includes an on-call rotation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infra experience.
• Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro).
• Strong cabling and fiber knowledge.
• On-site work and physical lifting ability.
• English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Install, decommission, and migrate hardware.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber).
• Rack, stack, and label servers.
• Make cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document work with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
