Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician in Santa Ana, CA for a full-time on-site role. You will support critical infrastructure in world-class facilities, install and maintain servers and network gear, and handle cabling and deployments.

The position offers 60,000–75,000 USD annually, with benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, cert sponsorship, and professional development allowances. On-call rotations and night/weekend shift differentials may apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with rack and stack operations and DCIM platforms (preferred).
• Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) and ITIL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
