Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician in Fresno, CA to join our on-site team. This full-time position supports critical infrastructure at our world-class data center facilities, with standard hours and on-call rotation.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 USD annually, plus benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, and professional development opportunities. On-site role with opportunities for growth in a dynamic operations environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2).
• Industry certifications preferred (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE; Dell/HPE/Cisco; CCNA/JNCIA).
• Familiarity with DCIM and ITIL practices preferred.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot.
• Maintain asset tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Support capacity planning and upgrades.
