Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ experience in technical writing or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and SharePoint; proficient in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and technical documents including SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and develop accurate documentation.
• Manage and organize documentation workflow from creation to approval; ensure timely updates.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all documents.
• Learn in-depth mechanical and electrical theories and systems.
• Inventory work and support to other Critical Environments Ops Coordinators.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
