Job summary

Ross Group is seeking an Owner’s Representative Project Manager for a hyperscale data center in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will be the owner’s on-site single point of accountability, coordinating with GC, design teams, and owner-direct vendors to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will lead master scheduling, budgeting, procurement support, contract negotiations, and closeout activities while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor-degree in CM/Eng or related field.
• 5+ years managing commercial/industrial/mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience with data center/hyperscale projects preferred.
• Experience with budgets, change orders, and payments on large projects.
• PMP/CCM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop master project schedule with general contractor using Primavera P6.
• Establish master project budget including hard/soft costs, bonds, and contingencies.
• Support prequalification, bids, and award recommendations.
• Coordinate design team progress through permitting and approvals.
• Lead OAC meetings and manage document control and submittals.
• Manage cost/change control, delay analysis, and final invoices/payments.
• Oversee on-site activity with GC and owner-direct vendors.
