The Ross Group Construction Corporation is seeking an Owner’s Representative Project Manager for a data center in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role ensures the work meets safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements and serves as the owner’s primary point of accountability with GC, design teams, and owner-direct vendors.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience with data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Certification: PMP or CCM preferred; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to hold contractors accountable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage master project schedule using Primavera P6.
• Establish master project budget including hard/soft costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, and allowances.
• Support prequalification, bid solicitation, bid analysis, and award recommendations.
• Lead contract negotiations with client’s PM and legal counsel.
• Coordinate design team activities and monitor permitting and approvals.
• Coordinate constructability reviews and value engineering efforts.
• Gather cost estimates from subs/vendors for scope changes.
• Produce monthly cash flow projections and report on budget/schedule.
• Lead OAC meetings and other project meetings.
• Manage document control for addenda, bulletins, revisions, clarifications.
