Job summary

The Ross Group Construction Corporation is seeking a Quality & Commissioning (QCx) Owner’s Representative Project Manager for a hyperscale data center in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead the QCx program, manage the commissioning agent and quality teams, and ensure conformance with owner standards and project specs.

You’ll coordinate with client operations, perform preconstruction reviews, and drive testing procedures while maintaining the project schedule.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in quality management, commissioning, or MEP project management on large projects.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
Working knowledge of data center MEP systems and IST processes.
CxA/CCP/QCxP or ASQ CQM certification preferred.
OSHA 30-hour construction certification or ability to obtain before start.
Experience with CxAlloy, Autodesk Construction Cloud or Procore.

Responsibilities

Lead the owner’s QCx program on site and coordinate with data center teams and GC.
Manage the commissioning agent and quality teams, including performance reviews.
Review vendor and contractor QC/commissioning plans for conformance.
Develop testing and inspection procedures; oversee progress and checklists.
Lead QCx site meetings and manage issue tracking to resolution.
Coordinate RFI/submittal reviews and QA/QC documentation.
