Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in technical deployment, project coordination, data center operations, telecommunications, networking, cloud infrastructure, or related technical environments.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, cabinets, cages, and structured cabling.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including Ethernet, fiber connectivity, and cross‑connect services.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates end-to-end customer deployment activities for new installations, expansions, and modifications.
• Acts as a primary point of contact during implementation projects, ensuring clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Drives project milestones and deployment schedules to achieve committed delivery dates.
• Facilitates deployment kickoff meetings and ongoing project reviews.
• Identifies implementation risks and proactively develops mitigation strategies.
