Aegis is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support for our data center practice. You will work with client project managers and site teams to develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules throughout the project life cycle.

The role offers growth opportunities in a collaborative team and requires on-site work full-time. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in project controls and experience with data centers, plus strong communication and risk management skills.

Qualificações

• Three or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry.
• One or more years of experience in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field, or five+ years of direct vertical construction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedules.
• Review project documents and specifications to develop baseline schedules with all dates, activities, and milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates with comprehensive reporting and narratives.
• Review project schedules and provide recommendations aligned with execution goals.
• Conduct critical path analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly progress reporting packages for the project site team.
