Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 8 years of experience or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10 years of on-site construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities associated with assigned projects including pre-construction, design, construction phasing, closeout coordination, occupancy and warranty enforcement for multiple construction projects.
• Organizes and coordinates construction activities with the client and client vendors, as well as other stakeholders as needed.
• Understands scheduling concepts and critical milestones; coordinates with project teams on progress and reporting.
• Cost tracking and management of the project budget; reviews pay applications and ensures conformance with design, budget, and schedule.

Education
