Job summary

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to handle complex reporting requests, ensure LMS data integrity, and support daily LMS Helpdesk operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong SQL expertise and ability to write raw SQL queries.
• Experience with enterprise data warehousing and reporting.
• Familiarity with Helpdesk ticketing systems and user support workflows.
• Ability to create, maintain, and follow detailed technical documentation and SOPs.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, maintain, and support reports using SQL (SSRS).
• Train end-users on report generation and scheduling.
• Manage LMS data loads and ensure data integrity.
• Provide LMS Helpdesk coverage and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting requirements and document processes.
