Job summary

Eagle Harbor, LLC. is seeking a Data Analyst — LMS in Albuquerque, NM to develop, modify, and support SQL-based reports from the LMS data warehouse. You will work with stakeholders to handle complex reporting requests and ensure data integrity, while supporting daily LMS Helpdesk operations.

The role requires strong MS SQL, data warehousing, and technical documentation skills, plus excellent communication. On-site position with opportunities to contribute to IT/analytics projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field (or 4 years of equivalent work experience).
• Microsoft SQL Server certification preferred.
• Experience writing raw SQL for reporting without only using wizards.
• Experience reporting from a Data Warehouse.
• Familiarity with Helpdesk ticketing systems and user support workflows.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, maintain, and support complex SQL reports using SSRS.
• Write raw SQL queries and extract data from the Data Warehouse.
• Analyze data and produce reports for business and training compliance.
• Train end-users on report generation and scheduling.
• Manage LMS data uploads and data integrity.
• Provide coverage for LMS Administrators and Helpdesk operations.
• Document procedures and SOPs, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Federal, contractor, and internal teams on reporting.
• Support broader IT/analytics operations as assigned.
