Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle support concerns, schedule warranty appointments, order parts, and maintain customer records throughout installation and service in Wichita, Kansas. This is an on-site position with a pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries via phone, text, and email; updating CRM records; scheduling, auditing orders, processing payments, and supporting accounts receivable tasks while delivering

Qualifications

• 5 years of customer support experience preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
• Must be a service-oriented, high-energy team player with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer experience support concerns via phone, text, and email.
• Make outbound calls to provide updates on installation and service status.
• Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department.
• Enter and maintain customer records in the CRM Database.
• Process electronic payments and manage accounts receivable tasks as needed.
• Support division(s) in accounts receivable collections and management.
• Audit orders for accuracy after confirmation is uploaded.
• Provide reports and assist with escalated customer concerns to ensure timely resolution.
