Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Customer Solutions Specialist to act as the direct link between customers, Sales and Production, managing the full order lifecycle from quoting to delivery and post-sale support.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, an associate degree or equivalent, solid MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a fast-paced environment; on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with order processing software such as Oracle Netsuite or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Review order accuracy to ensure details are correct.
• On-site collaboration with production, quality, sales, and logistics to resolve issues.
• Enter orders, verify pricing and availability, and coordinate with production and shipping.
• Coordinate with Sales and Engineering to obtain required information for quotes.
• Communicate order status and delivery timelines to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
• Handle returns (RMA/FOI) forms and related paperwork.
