Job summary

UCT is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Phoenix, AZ team. The CSS serves as the direct link between customers, sales, and production, managing the full order process from quote through post-sale service.

On-site at the UCT Services facility, you will coordinate with production, quality, sales, and logistics to resolve issues, update customers on order status, and ensure timely, accurate delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Acts as direct link between customer, sales and production in order processing.
• On-site coordination with production, quality, sales and logistics to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Processes orders, verifies pricing and availability, and coordinates with departments for quotes and delivery updates.
• Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and orders; generates reports on key metrics.
