Ninja Transfers is a fast-growing leader in custom DTF transfers and apparel decoration solutions. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers and works well in a collaborative environment.

As part of our Sales team, you will assist customers by phone, email, and live chat, guide them through ordering tools, and craft tailored quotes. This on-site role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask across chat, phone and email.
• Tech-savvy with website and ordering tools.
• Comfortable in a sales-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and live chat throughout the ordering process.
• Help customers navigate our website and online ordering tools.
• Assist with creating, modifying, and submitting custom designs and artwork.
• Ensure orders are entered and processed accurately.
• Create competitive, customized quotes based on customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to help customers find the right products and solutions for their business.
• Serve as a point of contact between customers and our Production, Art, Shipping, and other internal teams.
• Complete time-sensitive customer and sales follow-ups.
• Troubleshoot order, artwork, shipping, and production questions.
• Proactively communicate with customers to help keep orders on track.
• Build strong relationships that encourage customers to continue doing business with Ninja Transfers.
