Qualifications

• Two years of prior Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, databases, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer orders and respond to inquiries about order changes, spare parts, quality issues, and cancellations.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers through professional, responsive communication.
• Communicate effectively by phone and email about customer service matters and order status.
• Handle complaints and returns professionally, including corrective actions, returns, and credits.
• Maintain attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
