Job summary

Quanex is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join our team in Orwell, Ohio. This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and handles organizing finished product, loading trucks, and transferring materials to and from machining centers.

In this position you will verify material against the pack list in the E21 ERP system, maintain records, and ensure timely receipt of goods. The role includes benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of related warehouse/inventory experience.
• Forklift experience (6 months) with OSHA testing possible.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and report issues.
• Operate in E21/ERP and use basic MS Office.
• Maintain accurate records for received materials.
• Monitor trucks and transfer materials between areas.
• Load and unload trucks safely with forklift.
• Prepare bills of lading and shipping lists.
