Job summary

PriorityOne Group LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher in Albuquerque, NM for a full-time, on-site role at our headquarters. You’ll connect with customers and technicians, assign service orders, and manage schedules efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include data entry, dispatch, and maintaining accurate tickets while delivering courteous service. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Experience in dispatch, customer service and/or restaurant management is a plus.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and Microsoft Windows based software environments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone, email, text or web-based systems and coordinate with technicians.
• Enter service requests into field service management system and update CRM data.
• Prepare schedules and routes based on location and service urgency; ensure locations are ready for technician visits.
• Monitor work orders, SLAs and coordinate with internal departments if delays occur.
