Job summary

Miller International Inc. in North Denver’s corporate office seeks a Customer Service Representative I to be the primary liaison between customers and internal Account Managers, ensuring accurate order delivery and 5-star service.

This on-site role requires 6+ months of office or call center experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Shopify, BlueCherry, or Avaya experience is a big plus.

Salary range is $19.50-$21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of office, administrative, or call center experience.
• On-site in Greater Denver area and able to work 100% on-site.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Experience with ERP/OMS software (Shopify, BlueCherry or Avaya) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and verify pricing/terms.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure prompt delivery.
• Assist low-volume Account Managers using internal systems.
• Answer inbound calls and emails about order status, shipping, products.
• Professionally resolve customer complaints with empathy and speed.
