Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) in North Canton, Ohio is seeking a Driver Recruiter to establish relationships with drivers and owner-operators. This on-site role partners with terminal managers to expedite hiring while delivering strong candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate thrives on outbound calling, has a customer-service mindset, and is organized enough to manage multiple openings across a region. Note that relocation will be considered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred; transportation recruiting a plus.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills; outbound calling.
• Exceptional organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage time/resources.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle management of driver recruitment for a designated region.
• Create and implement targeted recruitment activities via call, email, and text.
• Monitor safety-sensitive candidate applications in the applicant tracking system.
• Screen prospective drivers to verify qualifications and schedule interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective onboarding of successful candidates.
• Provide excellent candidate communication and recruitment data insights to teams.
