Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Irvine, CA to be the primary contact for customers through the order-to-delivery lifecycle. You will process orders in ERP systems, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure timely fulfillment and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or order management.
• Experience processing orders in ERP systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately through ERP and related systems.
• Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries on orders, shipments, pricing, returns.
• Proactively communicate order status, backorders, and delays.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Planning, Manufacturing and Finance to resolve requests.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and documentation.
