Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager for Indirect spend in Irvine, CA. This on-site role leads category strategies, supplier negotiations, and lifecycle management across Facilities, IT, HR, and Professional Services.

You will guide global buyers, perform spend analyses, and drive cross-functional cost efficiencies while mitigating supplier risk. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a regulated industry (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences).
• Proven ability to drive procurement transformation and operational alignment with synergy savings.
• Strong ability to influence and manage relationships at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend.
• Lead the full sourcing lifecycle (RFI/RFQ/RFP) including contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Provide strategic direction to global transactional buyers managing indirect spend.
• Perform spend analysis to identify consolidation opportunities and standardize procurement protocols.
• Implement robust risk management frameworks for critical indirect suppliers.
