Job summary

Golfballs.com is seeking a Custom Support Administrator for our Lafayette on-site team. You will support Sales and Custom Logo by processing orders, coordinating proof requests with the Art Team, and communicating with customers and vendors to keep orders moving.

This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and adaptability, with opportunities to improve workflows and adopt AI-assisted tools. On-site hours Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, $15/hour, with health and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Collect logo files, submit proofs, and manage approvals.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and Sales promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate vendor procurement, decoration scheduling, and delivery timing.
• Assist with payment collection and resolve order-related issues quickly.
• Process orders in the GBC Admin System with high accuracy.
• Monitor vendor orders and maintain internal notes.
• Follow workflows and participate in AI-assisted process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, IT, and Custom Logo teams to keep orders moving.
