Job summary

Golfballs.com in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Custom Support Administrator to support Sales and the Custom Logo team with order processing, proofs, and vendor coordination. This fast-paced, accuracy-driven role requires strong organization, adaptability, and a positive attitude to keep custom orders moving smoothly.

You will work in the GBC Admin System, collect logo files, manage proofs, coordinate decoration scheduling and delivery timing, assist with payments, and collaborate with Sales,

Responsibilities

• Collect logo files, submit proofs to the Art Team, and manage proof approvals.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, vendors, and the Sales Team.
• Coordinate vendor product procurement, decoration scheduling, and delivery timing.
• Assist with payment collection and resolve order-related issues quickly and accurately.
• Process and update orders using the GBC Admin System with a high degree of accuracy.
• Monitor vendor orders and maintain detailed internal notes.
• Follow structured workflows that support a fast, predictive order progression.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including adoption of new tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Work closely with Sales, Production, IT, and the Custom Logo Team to keep orders moving efficiently.
