Job summary

Santé is seeking a Full-Time Phone Counselor to join our Westminster, MD Crisis Response Team. This in-person role supports individuals in crisis, evaluating needs, providing goal-directed counseling and crisis planning.

You will triage calls, assess risks, and coordinate resources while maintaining thorough documentation. On-site presence is required in Westminster, with day shifts and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field OR 5 years crisis hotline experience.
• Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming crisis calls and obtain client information.
• Conduct assessments and dispatch appropriate resources when needed.
• Deescalate clients in crisis over the phone.
• Develop appropriate crisis plan and complete follow-up tasks.
• Communicate client needs to internal teams and make referrals.
