CRI in Denver invites an on-site Operations Coordinator to own the end-to-end course experience—from facility readiness and dog logistics to student support and vendor coordination.

This full-time role requires early starts during course weeks, hands-on hospitality, and strong organization to keep multiday programs running smoothly for instructors and students. It also involves coordinating with the Director of Clinical Education and remote teams to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Ability to manage events, labs, and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Fully comfortable around dogs in a clinical/educational environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee precourse content with the Director of Education and ensure materials are ready.
• Coordinate registration, invoicing, and automated emails for courses.
• Manage daily facility readiness, sanitation, and classroom setup.
• Lead Dog Professor program locally, including recruitment and safety tracking.
• Support instructors with labs, timing, and movement of dogs and materials.
• Coordinate catering, sponsor logistics, and student Lunch & Learn events.
• Administer internship program and general HQ facility support.
