5G Dogtopia LLC is seeking a Canine Coach Trainer (CCT) who leads back‑of‑house operations and ensures safe, engaging care for dogs is delivered at the highest standard. The CCT trains Canine Coaches, oversees enrichment, playroom safety, and facility upkeep, and guides the team through the RAMP phase.

The ideal candidate is patient, persistent, empathetic, and a natural educator who can coach through technical and emotional aspects of working with dogs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Adaptable, personable, independent, patient and motivated.
• Able to listen and multi-task.
• Previous dog behavior knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations and ensure safe, engaging dog care.
• Train and develop Canine Coaches; oversee enrichment activities.
• Manage scheduling, inventory and facility upkeep.
• Conduct dog wellness and behavior evaluations.
• Provide leadership during RAMP phase.
