5G Dogtopia LLC is seeking a Canine Coach Trainer (CCT) to lead back-of-house operations, ensuring safe, engaging care for dogs and a positive culture. You will train Canine Coaches, supervise playroom safety, and drive enrichment activities while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep.

The CCT will manage scheduling, conduct wellness and behavior evaluations, and support overall operational discipline during the RAMP phase to earn parent trust and long-term retention.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be adaptable, personable, independent, patient and motivated.
• Should also be an understanding listener, have previous dog behavior knowledge and be able to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Lead back-of-house operations to maintain safe, engaging care for dogs.
• Train and develop Canine Coaches, overseeing playroom safety and enrichment activities.
• Oversee cleaning, facility upkeep, and inventory management.
• Manage scheduling and ensure reliable services during the RAMP phase.
