White Cap is hiring a Counter Sales Associate to serve walk-in, phone, and will-call customers on site. You will process orders, quote prices, and provide product guidance to help customers complete projects efficiently.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in customer service, familiarity with Oracle or similar sales software, and some knowledge of construction products. Opportunities for growth and a supportive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Some knowledge of construction and industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system, and communicates order details.
• Explains product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
• Shares knowledge of products and applications, offers technical advice and troubleshooting.
• Upsells related products and informs customers about promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
