Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a talented corporate paralegal to support the in-house legal department. You will handle entity management, governance, and overall legal operations in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

The role is full-time, on-site, based in Washington, D.C., Austin, TX, or Palo Alto, CA. You will draft board consents, manage corporate records, and monitor regulatory deadlines, while supporting M&A activities and driving efficiencies across the legal function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forming and maintaining entities, including international subsidiary filings.
• Draft board consents and prepare board meeting materials.
• Manage corporate records and file management.
• Track filings and compliance deadlines.
• Support in M&A transactions and post-closing integration.
• Collaborate to streamline legal operations and implement tech tools.
• Be a team player, handling tasks beyond core responsibilities as needed.
