Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a talented corporate paralegal to support its in-house legal team. You will manage entities, governance, and overall legal operations in a fast-paced environment, working on cross-border filings and regulatory matters.

The role is full-time and on-site, based in Washington, D.C., Austin, TX, or Palo Alto, CA, with a strong emphasis on ownership, initiative, and collaboration within a small, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ownership mindset and curiosity about technology.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-first, mission-driven with proactive communication.
• Tech-savvy with interest in AI and emerging tech.
• Notary registration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forming and maintaining entities, including international filings.
• Draft board consents and prepare board meeting materials.
• Manage corporate records and file management.
• Track filings and compliance deadlines.
• Support in M&A transactions and post-closing integration.
• Develop processes to streamline legal operations and drive efficiency.
• Be a team player and contribute beyond core responsibilities.
