Job summary

Indel Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Corporate Counsel located in Rancocas, New Jersey. This role involves reporting to the Corporate Counsel and assisting with legal management for Rockbridge Technologies, LLC and its subsidiaries.

The successful candidate will draft and review legal documents, provide compliance analysis, handle contract disputes, and advise on corporate governance matters. A law degree and three years of legal experience are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language for verbal and written communications.
• Ability to express complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to interpret legal matters for Rockbridge companies.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and consult on legal documents for Rockbridge.
• Provide legal advice on U.S. export control regulations.
• Handle legal disputes related to past-due invoices.
