LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a growing organization to identify a Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal team in New Jersey. This role will support commercial real estate, leasing, financing, contract, and business matters while working closely with legal leadership and internal stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a J.D. with 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, and transactional contracts, with strong drafting and negotiation

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
• 2+ years of legal experience in commercial real estate, leasing, financing, or related transactional matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting commercial transactions and working with business stakeholders.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements and related real estate documents.
• Support commercial real estate transactions, financing matters, and development projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and business agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual, transactional, and business risks.
• Support legal matters related to operations, development, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage outside counsel and other legal projects as needed.
