Job summary

Marco Technologies is looking for a Copier Service Technician II responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing copier equipment at clients' sites. The successful candidate will troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and ensure high client satisfaction.

An associate degree and relevant experience are required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. A valid Driver’s License is also necessary.

Qualifications

• An associate degree and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance and repair issues at client’s locations.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory for tools, parts and supplies in vehicle stock.
• Maintain current technical knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new technology.
