Job summary

Marco Technologies is seeking a Copier Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair copier equipment at client sites in Maryland. The role requires diagnosing issues, meeting metrics, and providing high-quality, cost-effective service.

The technician will manage vehicle inventory, complete training on new equipment, and maintain accurate documentation through Remote Tech. A valid driver's license and the ability to work in the field are essential.

Qualifications

• An associate degree and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination.
• Sharp, Canon, HP and/or Konica direct service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance and repair issues at client locations within a designated territory using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by being courteous, timely, and cost-effective.
• Maintain accurate inventory for tools, parts and supplies in vehicle stock; participate in triannual physical inventory and spot checks.
• Meet established metrics and comply with Field Service Manual procedures.
• Complete technical training on all new equipment as assigned.
• Maintain current technical knowledge and represent Marco professionally.
• Document and close service calls using Remote Tech in a timely manner.
