Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring an Onsite Coordinator for our Rialto, CA team. The role focuses on managing the field employee workforce, enforcing safety protocols, and proactively supporting client needs to drive operational efficiency.

The Onsite Coordinator will oversee attendance, coaching, and terminations, while ensuring accurate reporting and strong customer service. Flexible shifts and overtime are available, with a pay range of $20-22 per hour and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onsite staffing and workforce management.
• Solid knowledge of safety protocols and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfers, coaching and terminations.
• Support client needs proactively and resolve issues in real time.
• Maintain accurate records and provide reporting to client and Accurate Personnel.
• Walk the floor of the site at least 3x daily to monitor safety and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Communicate clearly and work well independently and in teams.
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and extend job offers as needed.
• Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies.
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.

In this vital role, the Onsite Coordinator will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, and enhance operational efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $20-22/hr., depending on experience, paid weekly.
• 1st or 2nd Shift available. On-sites will need to be available for overtime and have flexible availability.
