Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a Cook to prepare a variety of hot and cold items onsite inside a jail/correctional facility. You will follow recipes, work with a team, and ensure food safety and quality.

We offer a $250 rookie bonus upon completion of the Rookie’s Fast Track Program within 60 days, DailyPay access to earned wages, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 18+ years old.
• At least 1 year of relevant cooking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in cafeteria or large-volume production facility.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in cafeteria/food service.

Responsibilities

• Follow Daily Prep List and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
• Handle, store, label and rotate products per state laws.
• Stand for extended periods and be on your feet most of the shift.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
