Trinity Services Group is hiring a Cook to prepare hot and cold items in an on-site jail facility. The role follows recipes, safety rules, and station leadership to deliver dishes on time. You report to a Food Service Director and work with a team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 18+ years old.
• At least 1 year of relevant cooking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in cafeteria or large-volume production.
• Experience with safety procedures in a cafeteria or food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers and mixers safely.
• Handle, label, store and rotate products per state laws.
• Stand for extended periods and work as part of a team.
• Other duties as needed by the department.
