Qualifications

• Ten years of demonstrated management experience at a senior and/or executive level.
• Experience in Continuum of Care including Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations related to the continuum of care.

Responsibilities

• Devise strategies for operational improvements.
• Lead evaluation for acquisitions and partnerships.
• Establish an operational performance framework.
