The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior operational roles in nursing or housing services, with a strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and a master’s or higher degree.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Licensed Administrator credential preferred (NY).
Experience leading long-term care or housing services is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the center and coordinate with VP/Administrator.
Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting with CFO.
Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines.
