The role partners with the President & CEO to ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum five years of senior leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or related service industries.
• Proven experience managing budgets and achieving goals.
• Ability to travel throughout the Chicago metropolitan area as necessary.
• Preferred NHAL license and advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple departments including healthcare and resident services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.
• Develop operational goals and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and financial stewardship.
