Job summary

Immanuel Communities seeks a Regional Culinary General Manager to lead dining programs across multiple communities in the Omaha area. The role requires on-site leadership of front and back of house, coaching teams, managing budgets, and upholding safety standards to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the home office culinary team and community managers, driving food quality, service excellence, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts is required.
• Advanced certification in Culinary Arts is desirable.
• Equivalent years of experience may substitute for education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily operations across all dining venues within Immanuel communities.
• Coaches and develops culinary and FOH/BOH teams; drives financial performance and compliance.
• Ensures food safety, sanitation, and resident satisfaction are top priorities.
• Manages budget, inventory, and supplier relationships; coordinates with home office culinary team.
• Addresses resident concerns, hosts events, and collaborates with community managers for special meals.
